Menurizer

Train your floor on the menu you actually serve.

10 The idea

Menurizer turns a restaurant's wine list, bar book and food menu into a living catalog and a staff training program, with certifications managers sign off on the floor.

No generic hospitality courses. Every lesson, flashcard and quiz is built from the items staff will be asked about tonight.

20 How it works

Upload the menus. Wine lists, cocktail specs and dishes become a structured catalog: producers, regions and varietals; components and techniques; allergens, modifications and pairings.

Staff learn from it. Lessons, spaced-repetition flashcards and auto-graded quizzes tied to your own items, on their phone, in the language they work in.

Managers see readiness. Dashboards show who is certified, who is stuck, and what the team still gets wrong before service. Practical skills are verified in person and recorded.

30 Certification

Bar and Wine programs, three levels each - Essentials, Depth and Lead. Knowledge is quizzed; skills are demonstrated to a manager and signed off. Veterans can test out of what they already know.

The bar program covers spirits, cocktails, beer, cider and coffee across bartender and service tracks. The wine program runs from the by-the-glass list to the cellar, taught through your own bottles.

40 Built for groups

One account for the whole company, with each location keeping its own menu, roster and training progress, and content shared across the group where you want it.

Owners, org admins, location managers, content editors, shift leads and staff each see exactly what they need. Allergen audits, 86 lists and off-menu flags keep the catalog honest as menus change.

50 See it

Demos are guided and by appointment, and run on a fictional multi-location operator with full wine, bar and food catalogs. To book one, email kyle@linwoodtechnologies.com.
